How you see success and failure can make the difference in your progress and eventually how successful you become.
This blog is about gaining clarity in your life. Here’s a different mindset that change your clarity.
In a down market, it’s important not to see success versus failure as proceeding in two different directions.
If you see success in one direction and failure in another, you are missing a critical viewpoint on how to increase your odds of succeeding.
Instead of this push-me/pull-me mindset, think of every failure as a step towards success.
Take Edison for example. Did he have many failures or many successes before his invention of a working light bulb?
Imagine seeing success differently.
Once you train your mind, body language, and message to step forward with every attempt you encounter, your mind’s risk factor changes. With this new viewpoint, you can achieve your desired goals easier and faster.
Strategy on how to change this view point.
1. Sit quietly for a minute or two and look at my second illustration on the left.
2. See each word in whole and then see each letter. Do this starting at the bottom of the arrow working your way up. Proceed as slowly as possible.
3. When you get to the top of the arrow, say “YES” three times powerfully.
4. Now proceed to the next illustration.
Repeat this process with more powerful YES…

3. When you get to the top of the arrow, say “YES” three times powerfully. When you smack your hands together – such as a large clapping or a fist in one hand impacting the other.
What you have just learned was what is called a reframing. It is part of the neuro-linguistics programming process and will help you switch from seeing success and failure as two different paths and as only one path to success.
In fact, it’s best to review the three images slowly again and after the second image say YES three times yet when you finish the third image to say YES three times passionately, loudly, forcefully, and impacting.
In the future, whenever you come to a point when you are trying to move forward and you feel the fear or hear the inner critic yack away with negativities. Stop. Close your eyes and do the same YES movement you practice here. Your body energy will change and you will be able to move forward on whatever you were working towards.
Use this as many times as you want. It only re-enforces this power process and makes it better.
