One of the greatest learning experiences I've found on the Internet is finding "free" open courseware.
For those who haven't heard this term before, open courseware is material placed online for free use by anyone who wishes to do so. Many are provided by universities and colleges and taught by professors. Some go deep into the topic, others are lighter.
Alisa Miller posted a list of 100 such free open courseware classes for web workers on February 17. Here's the link to check the topics on her blog "Learn-gasm." There are courses on web design, HTML, blogs, and more.
