Do you love someone deeply? A spouse, son, daughter, or maybe a group of people.
Can love made a bigger difference in world events? I believe so, don't you?
In the Law of Attraction, "Whatever we vibrate for at least 68 seconds we attract more of." Then why not focus our energy towards more love?
Keeping a love journal for love is perfect for attracting more of the same.
As you read every word of this article, you will understand more.
When I first thought about keeping a separate journal on love, my inner critic laughed, "Of all people, how in the world can you fill up a journal on just love?" The quiet voice continued, "Why spend the time on it? Does it really work? Don't you have better things to do?"
As fast as the thought appears, the voice rejoiced in its demise, it was gone.
A few days later, while in a card shop, thumbing through Valentine Day cards, a light bulb went off. I looked up and down or the rows of cards – love. So many ways to say, "I love you."
The previous idea melded.
Hours later, while sitting in a café, my mind still seemed puzzled…"love, gratitude, love, gratitude."
I had no idea where this was going. In addition, was fairly sure I didn't want to know.
A week later, at the same café, I began journaling love letters. The first letter was to God and all the love I have for him and his creations. The next was to my Mom and Dad -- a thank you/love letter. Surprisingly next, I wrote a love letter to myself.
As weeks passed, the process continued…love letters to others. Others currently in my life, past events, people long gone people, or experiences not so pleasing from my past.
Months passed as it became routine. It was then I noticed how my attitude, perception, and even my communication had changed since I began. Guilt, anger, frustration, dissipated.
Life felt gentler.
