Tired of writing so much? Maybe it's time to sell your blog.
The number in the subscriber list is gold. And it's worth money.
This is why you probably want to write posts that aren't written just by one person.
Or if the blog's name is a personal name. Unless you actually purchased a celebrity name long ago. Almost all of them were sold back to the celebrity already.
Maybe you like to create a new blog, build its subscriber list, and then sell it off. Good investment. A lot of work, but its value increases like your house.

And yes, they do get a percentage of the sale.
What you don't want to do is say you're selling the blog on your blog. It doesn't work like a retail store announcing "Going Out of Business Sale" sign does. This will bite you in your ass(ets).
