Question from one of my coaching clients . . .
How can I get one of my clients to complete the homework assignments?
Let me share with you my response:
BEING A LEADER: You can’t teach leadership and you can’t give power. You can’t make people follow you, even if you are the best coach in the world.
You have to inspire them. You have to display and embody a vision that will lead your clients to want to follow you and follow your instructions.
Have the vision, hold it, love it, appreciate it and know you deserve it. Feel its power before every call and every contact you have with them.
They can’t help but to feel it. They can’t help to honor and respect it.
They can’t help not being inspired by it. Then they will desire to fulfill the assignment. They will do so faster, easier, simpler.
