Many times we think of ourselves as unworthy -- which means we question our self-wholeness. When we do we need to learn to let go of this partiuclar questioning so that we quit battling ourselves. This is when light and dark have boxing gloves on inside us. I'm sure you know that feeling.
In order to see the light, here are ten questions that you can ask the question in lieu of the questions that are creating doubt and fighting inside. Yes, you are switiching one a question with another question. Think of it more of exchanging a present that didn't work and you didn't want with one that works and you do want.
You will find that some of the questions are pertinent to you (currently) and others that hit home. Use the ones that hit home now, print out the list and store it in a save place and bring the whole list out again whenever you get into the ring again.
