A great question Thian, I am glad you asked.
Here is a list of eight “watch out or be careful” signs from your intuition:
1. a chill
2. the creeps
3. a sense of restlessness
4. discomfort in your gut
5. constriction in your check
6. breathing hampered
7. tightness or pain in your head
8. a sour taste in your mouth
9. drained or tired when you had ample sleep
10. bored or enervated
You may also experience intuitive messages through your emotions, such as feeling uneasy or concerned, confusion -- difficulty getting clear.
If your intuition is positive, your emotions are much clearer. You may experience a feeling of joy, euphoria, or profound inner peace. Another way is just having the sense of “knowing.”
The physical signs for positive feedback from your intuition are:
1. sense of greater clarity
2. a feeling of rightness about the answer or the impulse
3. accompanying feeling of passion and excitement
4. energized and enthusiastic
Normally, it is easy to spot the positive side. Denial is the major blocker to acknowledging that our intuition is saying “no.” As human beings, we seem to want to have proof first, which causes the denial. Denial is what gets us into trouble when we don’t pay attention. This later turns into guilt, causes the circle to return to denial, and continues to repeat until the cycle is broken.
